No. Recurring service is month-to-month with no long-term contract — pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime through our online portal or by calling us directly. One-time services like deep cleans and move cleanings are booked individually with no commitment beyond that job.

We clean homes throughout Washington, D.C. and the Maryland suburbs, including Silver Spring, Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Bowie, College Park, Hyattsville, Wheaton, Takoma Park, Greenbelt, Laurel, and Upper Marlboro. Just outside that list? Call us — we often make exceptions for nearby streets.

Spring and early fall are our busiest deep-clean seasons — spring for the post-winter reset, fall before the holidays hit. If your calendar allows it, booking 1–2 weeks ahead of those windows gets you better date options, though we keep availability for last-minute requests too.

Not at all — most of our recurring clients aren't home during their cleaning. We can coordinate lockbox or entry code access, and you'll get a text when the crew arrives and again when they leave. If you'd rather be there for the first visit to walk through preferences, that's welcome too.
